1. Make the reservation after choosing the desired option.

2. Check your voucher sent to email.

※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

3. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the reservation time.

4. Present the voucher before receiving the hair service.

1. All treatments are reservation systems, therefore please arrive be on time. The hair procedure may be delayed if you are late.

2. As this is a popular hair salon to Koreans, you may not be able to make the reservation at the desired date and time. In this case, you will be contacted by the CS Team directly via email or and messenger. 

3. The closing hour will be extended until the service of the last customer is finished.

4. Wheelchair, Stroller, Pets are allowed to enter.

5. Everybody can receive services regardless of age, and the price is the same regardless of age. 

6. Shampoo is not included when you book hair&makeup option. Please shampoo before visiting the shop.

7.  Please do not mention the wedding photos and wedding in the mail or on-site after the reservation is approved. Wedding product is a special rate for platform reservations and operates differently from the on-site price, so we prohibit mentioning it due to cost issues.
