You can create your own K-pop image by freely choosing your desired concept (cute, chic, charismatic, etc.) using semi-professional costumes and accessories.

Same-day hair and makeup services are also available.

1. Select your desired date and time. 
2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
3. Arrive at the experience location on time and present your voucher received via KakaoTalk/email.
4. Enjoy your experience. 

1. The selected reservation time is the start time of the photoshoot. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time, and if you are more than 10 minutes late, the reservation will be canceled (non-refundable). 

2. Reservations may not be available on your desired date or time. In such cases, our CS team will notify you via email.

3. A maximum of 3 people can participate in a photoshoot at the same time.

4. Food and smoking are not allowed inside the building.

5. Other languages besides Korean and English can be accommodated using a translation device, and it will not interfere with the photoshoot.

6. Retouch Makeup is a touch-up service, not a full makeup application. Please complete your eyeshadow and eyeliner before your appointment.

You may arrive without lipstick, blush, curled lashes, or mascara. However, please do not wear mascara, as our artist will first assess whether false eyelashes are appropriate for your look.

The scope of the retouch service may vary depending on your existing makeup, face shape, eye shape, skin condition, and hairstyle. Not every service is provided to every customer. Our artist will assess your condition on-site and perform only the touch-ups that are needed.

False eyelashes are applied only when they suit your eye shape and overall look. They are not included for every customer.

The Retouch Makeup service may include: Oil control, minor skin touch-ups, eyebrow touch-ups, lip and blush touch-ups, cleaning up minor smudges in eye makeup, false eyelash application if needed, flyaway hair touch-up, light hair setting with hairspray.

If your eyeshadow and eyeliner are minimal or not applied, a Retouch Makeup service alone will not be enough to complete a full makeup look.
