1. Reserve the product on the desired date, and check the mobile voucher or email voucher.

2. Visit the pick-up location and present voucher and passport

3. Check the product information and fill out the form to activate the card.

4. Set up with the instructions until your phone has recognized the signal and use.

[Common Notice]

1. Please check first if your phone is unlocked.

2. You must pick up the card. No one else can pick it up for you.

3. Please must bring your passport!

4. The phone number will be sent via text message once activated.

5. If you have ever used another SIM card in Korea, please let us know before making a reservation! (Please send the IMEI number to op@seoulpass.kr)

6. Not available to dial phone number starts with :1588 / 1577 / 02-1588 / 060 / 013 / 050 or it may cause deactivation of the SIM card.

[Unlimited Prepaid 4G/LTE SIM Notice]

1. 10GB is available to use for a month, and 2GB will provide every day when 10GB is exhausted. If 2GB is exhausted, Data can be used speed at 3Mbps. 

2.  If you want to use it continuously, you must carry your alien registration card and re-visit there and charge the SIM every month. If you don't charge within 3 days after the expiration of 30 days, it will be automatically terminated. 

[Limitless Data Recharge Prepaid SIM Notice]

1. 4G/LTE 15GB data is provided for 30 days. After 15GB is used, the speed will be limited to 3Mbps 

2. Unused message/call/data will be deleted after 30 days. Please recharge every month if you would want to continue using the product.

3. If you activate the SIM card by using the passport, you can use the SIM card for up to 90 days. If you activate the SIM card using the Alien Registration Card, you can use it as long as the card is charged.

4. You must recharge your SIM card within 3 days once it has expired 30days. Otherwise, it will be terminated automatically.
