In the released music video behind-the-scenes content, Wonpil delivers emotional acting that transitions from forced smiles to crying, expressing emptiness and loneliness through tearful eyes that perfectly capture the song's atmosphere. 'Unpiltered' marks his return approximately four years after his regular album 'Pilmography' released in February 2022, naturally capturing Wonpil's unfiltered inner self.
