KYUNGMIN (19), the youngest member of boy group TWS, will take the mound at Gocheok. The Kiwoom Heroes announced on Oct. 5 that they had invited TWS’s KYUNGMIN to throw the ceremonial first pitch at their 2026 KBO League regular-season game against the Hanwha Eagles at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on Oct. 7. KYUNGMIN rose to fame with TWS’s debut song ‘plot twist’, which topped Melon’s annual chart in 2024, and has been active as the group’s all-round youngest member with powerful performances and a distinctive vocal tone. He has also been expanding his activities, recently appearing in a domestic fashion pictorial and preparing a solo pictorial for an overseas magazine. His ties with Kiwoom run deep. A longtime fan who visited the ballpark with his family even before his debut, KYUNGMIN said he has been a Kiwoom fan since childhood and has supported the team ever since. He added that he still cannot believe he will be pitching at Gocheok, and that he will throw with all his heart, wishing the players stay injury-free and win, closing with “Kiwoom, fighting!”
