Spotify to host ‘Spotify DIVE ACADEMY’ ahead of IVE’s EP ‘Looks Can Kill’, with first live stage of new songs on Oct. 19

Streaming platform Spotify will hold ‘Spotify DIVE ACADEMY’ for IVE’s fandom DIVE ahead of the release of the group’s new EP ‘Looks Can Kill’. The event will run for three days, from October 17 to 19, at ARC Gangnam in Seoul. On October 17 and 18, an immersive pop-up modeled on the film set of IVE, returning as ‘Girl Heroes’, will operate as a ‘hero training academy’ where fans can take part in various experiences and missions. On October 19, all six members will take the stage to perform signature songs as well as the first live performances of the title track of ‘Looks Can Kill’ and one of the B-side tracks to be released on October 26. A talk session about the stories behind the new EP will also be held that evening. After the October 19 show, all performance videos from the event will be released exclusively on Spotify, along with a video podcast of the talk session. IVE said, “We are grateful to DIVE for always supporting us through Spotify,” adding, “We can’t wait to share ‘Looks Can Kill’ with DIVE first.” Details on how to participate will be announced on Spotify Korea’s Instagram. IVE’s new EP will be released on October 26.
