STAYC’s J (Yoon, 22) joined MBC’s ‘Help Me! Homes’ for a group house-hunting trip to Jeju Island. In the episode that aired at 10 p.m. on October 1, the cast went on the show’s second group property tour, following the Gyeongju trip for its 300th-episode special last year. J, who debuted in 2020 and is in her seventh year, joined alongside ‘honorary family member’ Young Tak. The cast split into Yang Se-hyung’s ‘practical house hunters’ team (Yang Se-chan, Joo Woo-jae and J) and Kim Dae-ho’s ‘romantic house hunters’ team (Kim Sook, Jang Dong-min and Young Tak). Yang’s team started the day with gakjaegi-guk, a traditional Jeju soup, then tried boat fishing at Haengwon Port, with Yang, who holds a small-vessel operator’s license, steering the boat. They then visited the Haengwon-ri village office in Gujwa-eup to hear about local real estate from the village head and toured a Jeju property in the 100-million-won range on his recommendation. Kim’s team visited a seaside villa in Bomok-dong, Seogwipo, said to be where the late comedian Lee Ju-il once stayed, drawing the cast’s interest.
