YENA's “Catch Catch” surpasses 100 million Spotify streams, still No. 18 on Melon Top 100 six months after release; new single out October 2

“Catch Catch,” the title track of YENA's fifth mini album “Love Catcher,” surpassed 100 million streams on the global music platform Spotify on September 30. According to her agency, the song also ranked third in streaming growth among songs by fourth-generation solo artists on Spotify, and fourth in the female solo category. It is also holding steady on domestic charts. “Catch Catch” peaked at No. 4 on Melon's Top 100 and still ranks No. 18 recently, more than six months after its release. Her agency said YENA has reached 149 million monthly listeners and 207 million cumulative streams on YouTube Music, and that with “Smiley” and “Catch Catch” she has become one of only two solo artists with two or more songs that entered the top 10 of Melon's Top 100. Alongside her music, YENA is working as a campaign model for game, wireless earphone and skincare brands and as the muse of a color contact lens brand, and she has also done an official collaboration with a pajama brand. She will release her new digital single “A Rare Woman (Bogi Deumun Yeoja)” on October 2 at 6 p.m.
