Hive-Geffen Records' global girl group Cat's Eye is continuing its unstoppable rise on the US Billboard. The new album ‘WILD’ ranked in the top 10 of the ‘Billboard 200’ for two consecutive weeks, and two songs entered the ‘Hot 100’ at the same time. Cat's Eye's global presence, encompassing albums, music, and radio, is becoming more evident. According to the latest chart (as of September 5) released by the US Billboard on the 1st, Cat's Eye's third EP 'WILD' ranked 6th on the 'Billboard 200'. It went straight to the top of this chart last week and stayed in the top 10 for two weeks. The performance of existing albums continued. The second EP ‘BEAUTIFUL CHAOS’ stayed at No. 135 on the ‘Billboard 200’ for 61 weeks, and the first EP ‘SIS (Soft Is Strong)’ stayed at No. 185 on the ‘Billboard 200’ for 25 weeks. With this, Cat's Eye showed its power by placing all three albums released so far on the 'Billboard 200' in the same week. In ‘Top Album Sales’, which ranks by combining physical and digital album sales, ‘WILD’ ranked 3rd and maintained the top spot for two consecutive weeks. ‘SIS (Soft Is Strong)’ and ‘BEAUTIFUL CHAOS’ settled at 22nd and 25th place, respectively, proving the even popularity of the album as a whole. Their performance on the main song chart also stands out. ‘WILD’s pre-released song ‘Animal’ ranked 30th on the ‘Hot 100’ and stayed on the charts for 5 consecutive weeks. The title song ‘Hootie Frutti’ also ranked 49th this week, following 31st last week, and has been on the ‘Hot 100’ for 2 weeks. In the ‘Global 200’, which counts streaming and sales in over 200 regions around the world, ‘Animal’ ranked 19th, ‘Hootie Frutti’ ranked 30th, and the hit song ‘Gabriela’ released in June 2025 ranked 167th. The special collaboration song ‘ICONIC BY MISTAKE’ with Le Seraphim, Aylet, and Cat’s Eye also ranked 127th. Cat's Eye's upward trend continues on the radio charts. ‘Animal’ ranked 21st on ‘Pop Airplay’, up one place from the previous week. This is the highest ranking in ‘Pop Airplay’ among Cat’s Eye’s songs. Their solid public popularity can be seen, having taken root widely in the United States. Cat's Eye is a team that debuted in the United States in 2024 based on Hive's 'Multi-home, multi-genre' strategy and 'K-pop methodology' led by Chairman Bang Si-hyuk. Attention is being paid to whether the enthusiasm for ‘WILD’ will spread. Cat's Eye will begin ‘THE WILDWORLD TOUR’ in Dublin, Ireland today (Korean time) and will heat up major cities in Europe and North America.
