SHINee's Taemin has been confirmed as the solo MC for Mnet's entertainment program 'Road to Kingdom' in its rebranded format. At the production presentation held on September 19, 2024, at Elena Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Taemin officially participated in the announcement. The program, which first aired in 2020, returns with a new identity following the rebranding process. A total of seven rookie groups—The New Six, The Crew One, Eightton, ONEUS, UNITE, CRAVITY, and TEMPEST—will participate and compete in the program.
