The idol group ALPHA DRIVE ONE (Alpha Drive One, ALD1) has unveiled a narrative-driven cinematic performance of ‘BORN DIRE’. On the 31st of last month, ALPHA DRIVE ONE uploaded via social media the performance video for the title track ‘BORN DIRE’ (Bon Dire) from the second mini-album ‘UNBREAKABLE : BEAST’ (Unbreakable : Boy Beast). In the released video, against a vast expanse blanketed in sand, ALPHA DRIVE ONE radiates fierce charisma while delivering the ‘BORN DIRE’ performance, seizing attention at once. In particular, a massive installation placed at the heart of the space, seemingly shaped like the heart of ‘BEAST’, visually maximizes the raw energy and majestic atmosphere of the song. Beyond the performance, the members also stood out visually. Dressed in black, ALPHA DRIVE ONE revealed the rough, intense side of ‘BEAST’ while, through restrained facial acting and striking looks with distinct appeal, capturing the subtle sensibility unique to youth.
