On the August 22 Billboard chart, KATSEYE's 'Animal' rose five positions from the previous week to claim the No. 30 spot, achieving the group's best-ever Hot 100 debut position since entering at No. 24 on August 8. The song is a pre-released track from their third EP 'WILD,' released on August 14. Billboard praised it as "definitely one of KATSEYE's strongest songs yet," highlighting its "layered harmonies and seductive production." 'Animal' also charted at No. 24 on the Pop Airplay chart, No. 16 on Global 200, and No. 19 on Global (excluding US). Their second EP 'BEAUTIFUL CHAOS,' released in June last year, remained on the Billboard 200 for 59 consecutive weeks, while the B-side 'Gabriela' has stayed on global charts for a total of 60 weeks. Following the release of 'WILD,' KATSEYE's Spotify monthly listeners grew from 35.1 million to 37 million, adding approximately 1.94 million listeners.
