Tomorrow X Together (TXT) will release their eighth mini album titled '7TH YEAR: When the Wind Stops Briefly in the Thorn Bush' on April 13, 2026, according to their agency Big Hit Music announced on March 2. This marks the group's first comeback following their contract renewal with the agency in August 2025, with all five members re-signing. The album title '7TH YEAR' represents the team's journey so far, while the extended subtitle references the distinctive musical style of TXT's early debut days. The group gained attention early in their career with uniquely titled projects like 'One Day They Had Sprouted Horns' and 'I Await You at Platform 9 and 3/4.' A teaser video featuring all five members reciting lyrics from poet Siin and Village Chief's song 'Thorn Tree' in calm voices was released, which debuted at their 7th anniversary special concert on March 1. TXT met approximately 33,000 fans during their 7th anniversary concert held at KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul from late February. The members expressed their gratitude, stating they treasure the team and hope fans will continue supporting them on their journey ahead.
