Dohoon of TWS is celebrating his first anniversary as an MC on MBC's 'Show! Music Core,' which began on March 1st of last year. Throughout the past year, Dohoon has served as a vital energy source for the program and has received high praise from viewers. With his continuously improving hosting skills, wit, and charm, he has garnered much love from fans. He was even nominated for the New Talent Award at the 'MBC Broadcasting Entertainment Awards' held on December 29th of last year. After finishing the main broadcast, Dohoon completed pre-recording alongside co-MC Kim Gyubin, and is scheduled to perform a special stage on 'Show! Music Core' aired on March 14th, White Day. Meanwhile, TWS (consisting of Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jijun, and Gyungmin) continues to maintain active promotions. Their mini album 'play hard' released in October last year sparked an 'aegyo boom' through the title track 'OVERDRIVE.' On February 9th, they released a single titled 'Today We Meet Again,' which is the Korean version of their Japanese debut single released in July. The song entered Melon's TOP 100 chart at number 65 on its release day, proving TWS's growing digital strength. Looking ahead, TWS is preparing several activities including opening their first VR concert 'RUSH ROAD' on March 4th, holding their second official fan meeting '42:CLUB' from March 27th to 29th at Seoul's Olympic Park, and conducting fan meetings in Yokohama, Japan on April 8th and 9th.
