Seong-hyun from rookie group CORTIS came in second place for the second consecutive week with 398,828 votes, followed by Jin from BTS in third place (36,615 votes), Lee Joon-ho from 2PM in fourth (23,641 votes), and Jungkook from BTS in fifth (4,515 votes). Star Ranking determines positions through direct fan voting, and artists who achieve first place for four consecutive weeks receive the special privilege of being featured on outdoor LED billboards.
