BLACKPINK x National Museum 'Heritage Collection' Unveiled

BLACKPINK unveiled a 'Heritage Collection' in collaboration with the National Museum of Korea Foundation. YG Plus and the National Museum of Korea Foundation announced on the 5th that they will launch the 'BLACKPINK HERITAGE COLLECTION' on the 8th, commemorating BLACKPINK's 10th debut anniversary. The collection consists of seven items featuring the slogan 'Time Accumulates to Create Value,' embodying the group's journey and cultural symbolism. The collection incorporates BLACKPINK's signature colors of black and pink in a sensual gradient expression, inspired by the 'Empress Ceremonial Robe (Pattern)' from the National Museum of Korea's collection. This historical robe features 12 pheasants symbolizing the empress and the hibiscus flower pattern representing the Korean Empire. The collection reinterprets traditional patterns with modern sensibility, seamlessly blending BLACKPINK's unique brand identity with Korean cultural heritage. Park Yong-seok, President of the National Museum of Korea Foundation, stated that the collaboration represents a meaningful initiative in attracting younger museum visitors, demonstrating how cultural heritage can resonate with broader audiences when traditional and contemporary aesthetics harmonize. The collection will be displayed at the merchandise section of the National Museum of Korea starting the 8th, with purchases available through official online and offline channels.
