Global girl group KATSEYE's new single 'Animal' debuted at number 24 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart dated August 8th. This surpasses their previous career-high debut position of number 28 set by 'PINKY UP' in April. KATSEYE has achieved consecutive Hot 100 chart entries with five songs: 'Gnarly', 'Gabriela', 'Internet Girl', 'PINKY UP', and 'Animal', with their collaboration with LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT marking their sixth chart entry overall. 'Animal' reached number 10 on Billboard's Global 200 and number 12 on the Global (excluding US) chart, while also securing number 9 globally and number 8 in the US on Spotify's Weekly Top Songs. The pop track, which expresses inner instinct and wildness through upbeat rhythms and dynamic beats, showcases the members' diverse vocal colors and mature singing abilities.
