The unit purchased by Jaehyun is a 229㎡ duplex penthouse type featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a structure that allows separate occupancy by floor and includes a terrace. The same type of unit was transacted for 1.95 billion won in December 2016, and the price has increased by 2.95 billion won over approximately nine years. Samho Villa, completed in 1997, is a luxury villa community where singer IU resides in 'Eterno Cheongdam' and G-Dragon purchased 'Warner Cheongdam,' both ultra-luxury residences located within a 3-minute walk. Cheongdam-dong offers excellent quality of life with prestigious schools, galleries, high-end brand flagship stores, COEX, and Hyundai Department Store nearby. Easy access to Olympiad-ro and Yeongdong Bridge ensures convenient movement throughout Seoul. Meanwhile, Jaehyun sold his previously owned apartment at 'Seoul Forest River Green Dongah Apartment' in응봉동, Seongdong-gu on December 26 for 1.35 billion won through direct transaction, which is 170 million won less than the purchase price of 1.52 billion won in 2021.
