The agency had previously filed criminal complaints against individuals who unlawfully entered the artists' residence, and the court recently issued provisional measures under the Act on Punishment of Crime of Stalking. Despite prior notices, such acts continue to threaten the artists' personal safety and cannot be justified. The agency emphasized that all actions infringing on the artists' safety and rights will be handed over to investigative authorities without exception, and immediate legal action will be taken if offenders are caught in the act. Individuals found engaging in such behavior will be permanently barred from participating in any official activities related to Xdinary Heroes.
