BLACKPINK Becomes First Official Artist Channel to Surpass 100 Million YouTube Subscribers

BLACKPINK has made history by becoming the first official artist channel on YouTube to surpass 100 million subscribers. YouTube celebrated this extraordinary milestone by presenting the group with the 'Red Diamond Creator Award.' Known for their intense energy and overwhelming performances, BLACKPINK has captivated global audiences and achieved unprecedented success on the platform, with nine music videos in the 'Billion Views Club.' The group also holds three of the top ten most-viewed music videos in the first 24 hours of release, with member Lisa's solo track 'LALISA' also appearing on the list. In the past 12 months alone, BLACKPINK accumulated over 3.3 billion views on YouTube, with massive engagement across multiple regions including South Korea (277 million+ views), India (223 million+ views), Indonesia (218 million+ views), Mexico (182 million+ views), the United States (180 million+ views), and Brazil (168 million+ views). The group has pioneered innovative ways of connecting with fans through projects like their 2021 YouTube live-stream concert 'THE SHOW' and the 2022 #PinkVenomChallenge. Following a successful world tour across 16 cities with 33 performances, BLACKPINK will release their third mini album 'DEADLINE' on February 27th, marking their complete group return after approximately three years.
