Young K, a member of DAY6, is making his solo comeback with his second studio album 'YOUNGEST' (영기스트) approximately 2 years and 10 months after releasing his first regular album 'Letters with Notes' in September 2023. JYP Entertainment unveiled a teaser image for the new album on the 6th, announcing that Young K will release his second solo album on the 27th at 6 PM. The teaser image features Young K's facial features reflected on fragmented glass pieces, with a key engraved with his initials, creating curiosity about the album's concept. Since debuting as a DAY6 member in 2015, Young K has written and composed numerous songs including 'You Were Beautiful' and 'One Page' while simultaneously pursuing a solo career as a singer-songwriter beginning in 2021. Through this album, he aims to showcase his capabilities as a solo musician once again, while DAY6 recently concluded the finale performance of their 10th anniversary tour 'The Decade'.
