In the first half of 2024, the project group I.O.I reunited with 9 members, excluding members Joo Kyulkyung and Kang Mina. I.O.I released their third mini album 'I.O.I : LOOP' and achieved great success. The title track 'Suddenly' (갑자기) topped both music charts and music broadcast rankings simultaneously, while their concert sold out completely, proving their enduring popularity and relevance. Their reunion project successfully captured fans' anticipation and nostalgia, and is being recognized as a major K-pop story alongside BTS's full-group activities and BIGBANG's world tour in the first half of the year.
