The album ranked No. 1 on the Circle weekly retail album chart, while the title track 'Lemon Tang' topped both the K-pop weekly chart and QQ Music's soaring chart in China, demonstrating strong global interest. Hearts2Hearts showcased the bright and refreshing 'Lemon Tang' on music programs including Mnet's 'M Countdown', MBC's 'Show! Music Core', and SBS's 'Inkigayo', as well as at '2026 MyK FESTA' and '2026 Busan One Asia Festival'.
