ALPHA DRIVE ONE Ranks 13th in Japan's Oricon Top Albums of First Half 2026

K-pop boy group ALPHA DRIVE ONE is demonstrating unparalleled presence in Japan even before their official debut. According to Japan's Oricon Top Albums ranking for the first half of 2026 announced on the 25th, the group's debut album and first mini album 'EUPHORIA' ranked 13th in the cumulative album rankings. This is the highest ranking among K-pop rookies who debuted this year and the only entry in the rankings. Their debut album achieved 1.44 million copies in initial domestic sales, ranking 2nd in K-pop debut album history. The title track 'FREAK ALARM' also secured a top position on major music platforms. Their prologue single 'No School Tomorrow' released in May topped Japan's Rakumusic daily album rankings, while the title track 'OMG!' achieved number one on Line Music and Japanese iTunes charts. Riding on their musical success, the group has received invitations to major festivals like Tokyo Girls Collection and The Performance, and graced covers of renowned fashion magazines. From the 26th to 28th, their fan concert tour at Yokohama Pia Arena MM sold out all 25,000 seats across three performances, receiving explosive support from local fans.
