A 33-year-old Myanmar domestic helper working in Singapore named Nanth La San Hie wrote a heartfelt letter to her employer Yvonne Lareina Lee, 45, requesting to receive two months' salary in advance to purchase tickets for BTS's Singapore concert. Moved by her request, Lee took action to secure VIP tickets for BTS's December 20th Singapore concert through a ticket purchasing service. Overcoming the fierce competition for tickets, the service provider was also touched by Lee's sincerity and waived their commission. When Hie received the VIP ticket gift, she was overwhelmed with emotion, rushing down the stairs to embrace her employer while expressing disbelief. Lee commented that this would be "a once-in-a-lifetime experience" for someone who truly loves BTS, and expressed gratitude to all those who helped turn an impossible dream into reality.
