Jae-hee from NCT WISH under SM Entertainment is participating in the special OST for the theatrical anime 'Love's Hachuping: The Legend of the Whale Jewel.' SAMG Entertainment released a teaser trailer for the film, which opens on August 5th, and announced that NCT WISH's Jae-hee and Hearts2Hearts' Yu-ha are the first vocalists for the special OST. The special OST 'Open Your Eyes' is a duet by the two artists that captures the emotions of Romi and Kite as they face a new world and gain courage. Music director Kim Tae-ho, who created the signature music for the Tini Ping series, participated to enhance the quality. This collaboration marks a major project following the strategic partnership between SAMG Entertainment and SM Entertainment established last year. Following aespa's Winter's participation in the OST of the prequel, Jae-hee and Yu-ha have taken up the torch. The film tells a fantasy adventure of Romi and Hachuping embarking on a journey to rescue their mother who disappeared into the sea, featuring an expanded world and deeper emotional narrative, and the participation of these next-generation K-pop artists is expected to attract fans from the 10-20 age group.
