RESCENE Selected for Government's Small Agency Global Support Program

Rescene has been selected as one of the first 10 K-pop groups to receive support from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's 'Small Agency Global Leap Support Program' in partnership with the Korea Creative Content Agency. Other selected groups include Circus, 82 Major, CantBeBlue, Big Ocean, Upsphear, Axin, and Eighturn. The initiative provides up to 300 million won annually per selected small agency with potential for up to three years of continuous support based on performance evaluations. Funds can be freely allocated to overseas expansion activities including music production, music video production, international marketing, and overseas performances. Selected groups plan to conduct performances and marketing in Japan, the United States, India, Malaysia, and other regions. CantBeBlue was selected for Spotify's RADAR playlist, aiming to expand international connections. According to the ministry, the program addresses the financial gap between major and small entertainment companies, with major agencies averaging 4.31 billion won in annual music production costs compared to 149 million won for smaller agencies.
